As a measure of support and promo for the Female Game and the AA Leagues, Summerside is offering to play host to a Saturday/Sunday season opening event/jamboree Oct 26-Oct 27 at Credit Union Place.

Event fee would be $600, teams playing 2 games Saturday, 2 games Sunday, player of the game recognitions, opening game intros with the stadium lights/fog machine, as well as some light refreshments after each team’s opening game. On Friday we could dress up rooms 8/9 as a Western Wind room as our Western Wind teams would play every other game and could use it.

It would most definitely serve as a good  early season team builder for all teams. Teams could also choose to stay in Summerside on Saturday night for more team building opportunities.

We will offer three game round robin then 3^rd vs 4^th and 1^st vs 2^nd to ensure two games each day in order to justify travel and time of the guest teams.
